"North Star" is a track which looks at the human condition and takes two people - a young boy and a young girl, and tells the story of their darkest times. Both stories conclude in the time when they find their North Star - Jesus Christ. Through their dark times, the boy dealing with depression and suicide and the girl dealing with her self-image and self-worth, Jesus shines through to show them that they are beautiful and have a purpose. Jov features on the track to provide the powerful and memorable hook, and come through on the outro for a strong finish in his reggae style. Young Haiti is on the boards for another powerful banger, which is the motor which drives the track from start to finish.
