"Peace of Mind" is a battle, a war, raging between what we all wish to achieve in our lives - peace, tranquility and a sound mind. There are two tales to this story - rapped by The Wiz over a calming and spiritual beat produced by Beatfella. The first theme is the one who has peace of mind but loses it, in this case a man and woman living in paridise in the Garden of Eden. They lose their peace from being deceived. The second theme is from Slick Nasty - one of The Wiz's many side personalities. Slick is retelling his life from the hood and how he seeks to find peace of mind.
